Yes! For Kauai Eden Specialty Tours I am the guide myself. I enjoy meeting people from around the world, and consider it an honor you have chosen me to lead a tour and be a part of your trip to Hawaii.

IS YOUR COMPANY REGISTERED AND INSURED?

Yes. Karen Tilley LLC carries a commercial liabilty policy and is registered with the State of Hawaii DCCA ( Department of Commerce and Consumers Affairs.) Like most Hawaii tour companies, a signed liablity waiver is required at the start of the tour.

HOW LONG ARE THE PRIVATE TOURS?

Tours are generally 6 hours. *with the option of more or less time. Short tours are 1.5-2 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY TOUR?

Refunds are available based on the timing of your cancellation in relation to the tour's start time:

• More than 7 days before the start of the tour:
  Refund of the tour price, mimus the $100 non-refundable deposit.

• Between 2 and 6 days before the start of the tour:
  50% refund of the tour price.

• Less than 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the tour:
  No refunds will be issued.

Cruise ship passengers : If the cruiseship does not dock on Kauai, 100% of the deposit is refunded.

WHAT IF IT’S PREDICTED TO RAIN OR IS RAINING HARD?

Rain for shine, we’re ready for adventure! In the rare event of a Flash Flood Warning, you will have a chance to reschedule, or you’ll receive a full refund. But a little rain? No problem! Weather forecasts can be tricky— what’s predicted might be a mere drizzle miles away. Besides, rain brings out the best of Hawaii: vibrant rainbows and glistening flowers. On Kauai we embrace the unpredictability and carry rain ponchos!

IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I BOOK TWO OF YOUR KAUAI EDEN SPECIALTY TOURS?

Absolutely! If you book two of my longer Specialty Tours I provide a $60 discount for the second day.

HOW DO I RESERVE?

You can pay by using your credit card, Vemno or Paypal. I use Square for secure credit card processing. Simply give me a call at 808-634-4575 and I’ll handle the rest. The remaining balance is paid at the start of the tour.

ARE WE PLANNING TO STOP FOR LUNCH?

It’s your choice. If you’d like to stop for lunch, I can recommend some fantastic local spots where you can sample the flavors of the island or pack a picnic. On average, meals typically range from $12 to $20 per person, depending on your choice of items.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

It's best to travel light, as break-ins are unfortunately common around the island.

Dress comfortably in casual wear, sunhat, and sandals. If you're interested in taking strolls or hikes, bring along a backpack and running shoes.

If you're planning to swim during the tour, don't forget to pack towels, swim wear and sunscreen. Also, ensure you have some cash on hand for lunch, as some food trucks may not accept credit cards.

DO YOU ACCEPT TIPS?

While tipping isn't customary in many of the countries my customers come from, if you've had an exceptional experience and feel inclined to leave a tip, it's always appreciated.

Our adventures are 100% private, exclusively for you and your group.

WHAT VEHICLE WILL WE USE?

These tours are designed for guests with their own rental cars. We will meet at the designated tour location. On a tour with various stops, you’ll be driving your own vehicle, while I guide the way in mine.
This gives you the freedom to continue exploring the rest of your day after the tour.
